THE INTERNAL ATLAS

Exploring the many paths to healing—
and learning how to navigate the one that's right for you.

Meet Erica

Exploring what it means to feel well.

I’m Erica—a mom, health coach, and the host of The Internal Atlas.

My own health and wellness journey taught me that feeling well is about so much more than food, exercise, or what happens in a doctor’s office. Our stress, relationships, careers, sleep, sense of purpose, and the things that bring us joy can all play a role.

The more I learned, the more questions I had. I wanted to understand the different approaches to health and healing, hear from people who know far more than I do, and have honest conversations about the things many of us are already wondering about.

That curiosity became The Internal Atlas—a place to explore, ask questions, and learn together.

About Section

EXPLORE WHAT'S POSSIBLE

There are so many ways to care for ourselves—and no single path works for everyone.

The Internal Atlas explores the many things that can shape how we feel, from traditional medicine, nutrition, and mental health to relationships, emerging therapies, alternative approaches, and the everyday choices that affect our well-being.

Through conversations with experts, personal stories, research, and my own experiences, we'll look at what's out there, ask questions, and learn along the way.
